Live Software Partners/Integrations

There are two main types of partners: Active and One-Offs.
Active partners have an ongoing relationship with FareHarbor. We have multiple shared customers and enable these integrations on a regular basis. A comprehensive list grouped by category is below.
If a partner has an asterisk (*) next to its name, FareHarbor receives a referral revenue from that partner when we refer clients. If you are looking to refer a service to increase retention/revenue, start with those.
One-Off partners were connected for one specific client/project. The connections may have come at a significant development cost to the client, and we did not actively seek them out. You can find the real time list of both active and one-off partners here. Only refer to this list if a client/prospect already works with them and has expressed an interest in connecting the two.
If you do not see a potential partner listed, please click here to request an integration. We prioritize integrations based on the number of mutual clients we have. For one-offs the charter company must be Tier 3 and higher.

Online reputation is incredibly important for FareHarbor clients. We provide them with several integrations to proactively gain new and quality reviews on public platforms.

Customer Experience Management
Advanced Ticketing
We currently work with one ticketing/redemption solution tailored for hop on/hop off bus operators. Do not offer it to a client/prospect without checking with your manager first.

Waivers
Waivers are important for multiple industries. Most commonly we see a need with Adventure Parks and Rafting. The ability to send out electronic waivers in confirmation emails saves our clients time and money. We partner with two different systems:

Both systems are great, so we suggest putting the client in touch with both, and letting them make the final decision.
Photos
Tour companies use personalized photos as an integral way to boost sales and visibility. These systems email customers links to photo galleries where they can either purchase or share photos of their tour.
