How it Works
Papershift imports a client’s FareHarbor calendar of bookings into their staff scheduling software, giving them a clear view of their upcoming tours and enabling them to schedule the right number of employees for each day. By syncing their bookings with staff scheduling, Papershift ensures they’re always fully staffed without over- or under-scheduling. The interface synchronizes all events from FareHarbor to Papershift, not just the booked ones. When an event is booked, it is assigned a ‘tag’ in Papershift, ensuring that personnel can be scheduled for confirmed bookings. Additionally, crew members already assigned to an event in FareHarbor are automatically synchronized and scheduled in Papershift as well.
