BOXit overview

BOXit is a comprehensive accounting solution in order to digitize processes for companies and accountants. It includes an all-in-one web based solution including:

Note: Do NOT offer this as a solution, just be aware that we have had a client successfully integrate with them in the past. Boxit will charge the client for development work. If a client already uses Boxit, then you can let them know an integration is possible.
How it works
BOXit receives booking and especially payment information through a webhook from FH and can then incorporate that information into their customized BOXit dashboard. Once a customer has booked a tour or activity through FareHarbor, FareHarbor uses a webhook to send their booking information (such as availability time, customer name, amount paid, amount due and various custom fields) to BOXit.

At this time, FareHarbor only sends information to Boxit; no information is sent back to FareHarbor.
In order for BOXit to successfully receive and map the FH data, there are specific setup guidelines that need to be followed when creating the Dashboard, or setting up the integration. Please see the following document for reference.
If a client is using the BOXit integration, the Dashboard should be set up as simple as possible (ideally no multitax, not absorbing the fee, etc.)
The integration should only be used for Tier 2 and higher.
Getting started
If they are an existing client of BOXit, they should let their representative at BOXit know they want to integrate with FareHarbor.
