Printing receipts and tickets

You can print receipts, tickets, or a confirmation page directly from a customer’s booking or order using the Print action.

Your options will vary depending on your Dashboard setup. Use the toggles at the top of the print section to choose your print format.

Boca format options
These options are designed to fit on a theater-style Boca ticket, and will be available if you have Boca tickets enabled in your Dashboard.
Whole party ticket: Print a ticket for all customers on the booking. Tickets include basic booking details such as customer name, activity date, and booking ID. If you have QR code scanning enabled, each ticket will also have a unique QR code you can use to check in customers.
Individual tickets: Print a ticket for a single customer on the booking. Tickets include basic booking details such as customer name, activity date, and booking ID. If you have QR code scanning enabled, each ticket will also have a unique QR code you can use to check in customers.
Whole party ticket + all payment receipts: Print a ticket for each customer on the booking, plus individual receipts for each payment on the booking.
Individual tickets + payment receipts ($X.XX paid with…): Print a receipt for each individual payment on the booking.
Note: If you are viewing an order with multiple bookings on it, you will see the option to print All tickets, which will print tickets for every booking on the order.
Additional ticket settings
- Ticket layout: If you have custom Boca ticket layouts, use this dropdown to choose which ticket layout to use when printing.
- Credit card receipt copies: For credit card payments, you can choose to print a merchant copy, customer copy (including a signature line), or both.
To access additional ticket settings:
Select the ticket option you want to print (for example, Tickets + all payment receipts).

The browser’s print window should automatically open. Click Cancel or press the Esc key to return to FareHarbor.
Open the Ticket settings menu by clicking the gear icon.

Once you’ve made your selections, click the Print button.
- From the preview window, click Print.
Receipt format options
The following options are designed to fit on standard 72mm x 200mm receipt paper, and will be available if you have receipt printing enabled in your Dashboard.
Booking receipt: Print a receipt with all customer and booking information, including a payment summary and any non-hidden custom fields that were filled out.
Individual tickets: Print a ticket for each customer on the booking. Tickets include basic booking details such as customer name, activity date, and booking ID. They do not include payment information.
Individual tickets + payment receipts ($X.XX paid with…): Print tickets and a receipt for each individual payment on the booking.
Credit card receipt copies
For credit card payment receipts, you can choose to print a merchant copy, customer copy (including a signature line), or both. This option is only available on receipts that include credit card payments.
Select the receipt option you want to print (for example, Tickets + all payment receipts).

The browser’s print window should automatically open. Click Cancel or press the Esc key to return to FareHarbor.
Open the Print settings menu by clicking the gear icon.

Once you’ve made your selection, click the Print button.

Other printing options
The following options are designed to fit on 8.5 x 11″ printer paper, and are always available.
Print this page: Print a copy of the booking overview as it appears in FareHarbor. Since the booking overview may contain sensitive materials like internal booking notes, we recommend this option for internal use only.
Customer confirmation page: Print a copy of the customer’s confirmation details, including booking information, payment summary, custom fields that were filled out, and your cancellation policy.
Internal-only content. Don't copy and paste to anyone.
