Packaged combos
Last updated: September 18, 2025
Packaged combos allow you to set up combinations of items that can be purchased together. After a packaged combo is added to a booking flow, the customer is guided through a streamlined checkout process for both items.
This feature may be particularly useful for businesses who want to offer a combo that is:
- Presented to the customer at the start of the booking flow
- Made up of one or more retail items

Overview
Packaged combos offer some unique benefits not afforded by standard combos, including:
- Increased visibility: Packaged combos are added directly to the booking flow, which provides greater visibility to potential customers.
- Streamlined customer experience: Customers booking a package are guided through a flow that allows them to easily book both included items.
- Potential for increased sales: Packaged combo options may help increase sales by upselling to customers earlier on in the booking flow.
Feature limitations
The following settings are currently unavailable for packaged combos:
- Requiring that customers start both packaged combo items on the same day
- Requiring selection of availabilities on the same day in the calendar view
- Allowing availabilities selected by a customer to overlap
The customer experience
- A customer navigates to your website, and views the listings available for the booking flow.
- The customer selects a package.
They are guided through a streamlined experience that prompts them to book each item as relevant for the packaged combo.
If the packaged combo has an overview enabled, the customer will first see a summary of which items are included in the package. If not enabled, customers will be directed to book the included items sequentially. Learn more about adjusting settings.
The customer completes their order. (Note: If only one package item is in the cart at checkout, the customer is only charged for that item. They will not receive any package discounts.)
