Submit a Site Feature Request for a Client in Close
To request FareHarbor site feature feedback on behalf of a client, please complete the FareHarbor Site Feature Request custom activity in the client’s lead in Close. This ensures your submission is tracked and reviewed by the Sites Product team.

Booking Experience Improvements
Enhancements that improve the user’s booking flow, including activity/tour display, checkout steps, and call-to-action elements.
Examples:
- Streamlining the booking lightframe steps
- Adding flexible date or time slot selectors
- Improving CTA button placement and visibility
Content Management & Editing Tools
Features that make it easier for clients to manage, edit, or customize their site content without engineering support.
Examples:
- Expanding block editing capabilities
- Adding self-service features
Filtering & Search Enhancements
Improvements to site search Feature, filtering options, or ways to help users find activities quickly.
Examples:
- Adding search by activity/tour or customer type filters
- Category filters for multi-location operators
- Sorting options by price or popularity
Integrations & External Tools
Requests related to connecting or embedding third-party services and tools for extended Feature.
Examples:
- Integrating marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot)
- Embedding Google Maps or social media feeds
Legal, Accessibility, or Compliance
Updates needed to meet accessibility standards, privacy regulations, or legal requirements.
Examples:
- Updates to laws that affect websites
- Color contrast checker
- Changes to the theme based on WCAG updates

- 3 – High Importance (Potential risk to closing or retaining the client)
