With this package, clients are required to make all updates to the website themselves.
Restrictions
- Clients cannot send requests to our Live Sites Support team to make updates
- Updates relating to DNS issues, websites being down, emails not working, contact form issues, and requesting login access are still handled by the Live Sites Support team for Web Lite clients

SEO Intake for Live Sites
If your client is already live on a FareHarbor site and decides to transition to a package with SEO (Essential or Growth), please follow these steps to get them into the SEO queue:
Please note, this process is only for clients already live on a FareHarbor site.

- AM wins upsell for Essential or Growth (from a client already live on their site)
- AM submits New Opportunity Request
- All package changes/upsells require a new opportunity
- AM submits Pitched custom activity
- AM submits FareHarbor Site Commercial Order Pending custom activity, selects Essential or Growth
- AM receives Commercial Order to their email and fills in the required fields
- The Opportunity ID used should be from the new Opportunity that was created
- Client receives and executes the Commercial Order
- Once the client signs, their project is automatically added to the SEO team’s Airtable queue.
- AMs should send the email template AM: Legacy Clients – SEO Package Next Steps which provides more detail on when the client can expect to hear from our team.
- In 7-10 business days, the designated Project Coordinator will take over package related communication moving forward.
New Sites Pricing
Annual & Monthly Rates
As of September 2025, the flat rate pricing is only available to T0 and T1 clients. T2+ must pay with a variable rate
See this T0-T1 regional pricing sheet for up to date annual and monthly pricing in multiple currencies.
T0-T1 clients will incur a setup fee ($500 USD or the relevant currency conversion) immediately upon signing their commercial order. Once the client goes live, this cost will go towards their package.
- If they chose an annual rate, they will pay the remaining balance of the annual cost.
- If they chose a monthly rate, they won’t pay for their next month until 30 days after they go live.
Dormant Mode is not available with Essential or Growth packages. Clients who were sold on Web Core monthly before it was phased out will continue to have the option for Dormant Mode.
SEO Packages
The new packages (Essential & Growth) include SEO offerings.
Gold and Silver SEO packages are no longer offered as of August 2025. Legacy clients will need to choose either the Essential or Growth package if they would like SEO services.
See these help docs for more details around the strategies, talking points, and FAQs relating to our SEO packages:
Variable Model Pricing
The variable pricing model refers to the option to increase a client’s booking fee or credit card rate. A setup fee is not required with this pricing model.
- Client’s booking fee or credit card rate will be increased within 2 weeks of their site going live.
Clients on the variable model will receive a booking fee or cc rate increase on all dashboards associated with their Close lead. Exceptions can be made in certain circumstances. Exceptions must be communicated to the sites team prior to the site going live and there must be a note added by a manager in Close starting with “FHS Exception”.
Restrictions for the Variable Model:
- T0-T1 clients cannot pay with a variable rate. They must pay a flat rate.
- Clients cannot go into Dormant Mode. Since clients only pay when they’re making bookings, they won’t pay anything while they’re not in season, therefore, they don’t need Dormant Mode.
Multi-Site Discounts
Flat Rate
If a client has a second FareHarbor site, the 1st site will be full price and they will receive 50% off the base package price of the 2nd (not an additional discount on top of any already discounted offers).
If a client has 3 or more FareHarbor sites, the 1st site will be full price, the 2nd will be 50% off and each additional site will receive 75% off the base package price (not an additional discount on top of any already discounted offers).
Variable Rate
Clients can have up to 3 sites at the same variable rate. (ie: only 1% added to the dashboard for up to 3 sites)
For 4+ sites, the rate will increase by 1%. AMs and AEs will need to request a commercial order for these cases in their respective paid site channel.

Timeline (Onboarding & Payments)
Onboarding Timeline
Typically, the FHS onboarding process from commercial order signed to go-live takes 6-8 weeks.
- Commercial Order is signed and project is automatically added to the FHS Onboarding queue.
- A project coordinator is assigned and will reach out to the client within 5-7 business days.
- If the client is not yet live on FH, the PC will reach out to the client to schedule the discovery call after the dashboard training is complete.
- The full intake process, including the discovery call and assess collection from the client takes about 1 week.
- Site build takes around 2-4 weeks
- Client feedback takes around 1-2 weeks. This varies based on the amount of client feedback and responsiveness of the client. Once all feedback has been implemented and the client gives the greenlight, go-live takes another day or two.
For more in depth information about the FHS Onboarding process, check out the Full Onboarding Process Help Doc.
Payment Timeline
- Clients on a flat rate model are charged a $500 setup fee immediately upon signing their commercial order.
- This fee is non-refundable if the client stalls but will go towards their annual package or first month’s payment if they go live with the site.
- Once the site goes live:
- Clients on a flat rate package will be charged the remaining balance of their annual package within 1-2 business days.
- Clients on a monthly package who paid the setup fee will be charged 30 days after going live since the setup fee covers their first month.
- If the client’s setup fee was waived or they were in the queue prior to setup fees being required, they will be charged their first month within 1-2 business days of their site going live.
- Clients on a variable rate package will have their booking fee or credit card rate increased within 2 weeks of their site going live.
