Creating, Adding, or Removing Affiliates

Follow the steps below:

Step 1: Check if the affiliate already exists in FareHarbor

In FareHarbor, press Shift+J to search for a company.
Search ALL variations of the affiliate’s name. If the affiliate name is ‘Hilton Garden Inn Nashville’, try searching: ‘Nashville Hilton Garden Inn’, ‘Hilton Nashville’, ’HGI Nashville’ or any other variation that would make sense.

** Important!! Some affiliates may also be charters on FH which is why they don’t appear when trying to add them as an affiliate. Instead of creating a new affiliate dashboard, search the affiliate (charter) name in FH > Settings > the gear symbol on the right-hand side > General:

Then make sure the ‘affiliate company’ is selected:

Step 2: Now what?

If the affiliate is not yet on FareHarbor or is not in the same currency as the Charter dashboard you are trying to add it to, click here.
If the affiliate is already on FareHarbor and in the same currency as the Charter dashboard you are trying to add it to, click here.
