Software Partnerships Overview

Purpose
Clients have various operational needs outside of an online ticketing system. While we work hard to answer the majority of their business needs with FareHarbor, we often look to other industry leaders to close those gaps. From CRMs, PhotoSharing, Waivers and more, the Software Partnership team sources, integrates with, and manages the relationships with all non-distribution partners.
Day to Day
- Manage and deepen relationships with our most commonly used partners (Smartwaiver, Wherewolf, Fotaflo). You can view the full list of active webhook/API connections Here.
- Field incoming integration requests, vetting the potential partner.
- Proactively source new integrations.
- Facilitate webhook connections between software partners and live clients.

Vetting Partners
Much like we encourage clients to curate their offerings, we do the same with our partners. Any potential new partner must go through our vetting process seen below. There is also a shorter process for clients who hire their own developers to create a custom integration for them using our webhook.
