Finding a booking

There are several ways to find a booking in the Dashboard, depending on what information you have. Watch our video guide or read the sections below to learn more.
Using the search bar
This method is best if you already know specific information about the booking, like the customer’s name or the booking ID.
The search bar is located on the top right of your Bookings calendar. On a mobile device, you’ll find the search bar in the options menu above the calendar.

Usually, searching by customer name or booking ID is the easiest way to find the booking you want, but you can also search by a variety of other details, like the customer’s email address or phone number, the item name, or the last 4 digits of the credit card.
Search results will appear beneath the search bar. Click on a booking to open its booking overview.
Using the Recent Bookings feature
This method is helpful if you’re trying to find a booking that was just made, and may not know the specific details to search for.
On a computer, the recent bookings feature is located at the top right of the Bookings calendar, next to the search bar, and is represented by a small clock
icon. On a mobile device, it is located under the search bar.

Click the Recent bookings icon to reveal a list of your most recent bookings.
From the Bookings calendar
If you know which specific availability a booking is on, you can find the booking by clicking on the availability from your Bookings calendar and selecting Actions & Settings.
The list of bookings for the availability will be listed on the left side, organized by active and cancelled bookings (if applicable). Click on a booking to view its details.

From the manifest
By default, the manifest will show you all bookings scheduled for the current day. This can be helpful if you’re looking for a booking taking place on the current day, but are not sure of the exact time or details.
To do this, navigate to the Manifest and find the booking. You may need to apply filters to narrow down the list of bookings, if you have many scheduled for that day.
To open the booking overview, click on the Booking ID or the More details ( » ) symbol on the far right.
Using reports
You can also find specific bookings using reports. The best way to do this would be using the Detailed bookings report and adjusting the filters and date range to narrow down your data.
Click the booking ID in the first column of the report to open the booking overview.
