Reapplying resource requirements

In some instances, you may need to make changes to the resource requirements for an item (such as removing a shuttle bus that’s out of service) and want to quickly update which resources are being used by an existing booking.
To do this, you can use the Reapply resources option, located in the Advanced menu on the booking overview.
To reapply resource requirements:
First, make your resource requirement changes. To do this, navigate to the resource requirement you want to update (learn more about finding your resource requirement here).
Next, find and open the booking you want to update
Open the Advanced menu next to Booking actions, and select Reapply resources

Click the Reapply Resources button

Frequently Asked Questions
Why can’t I reapply resources?
If the Reapply Resources button is disabled, it means that no changes have been made to the existing resources or their requirements.

Click Change resources to update which resources are used on the booking, or make changes to the resource requirements in the Options & Prices section of the item’s settings.
How can I tell if my resources have been updated?
Once you’ve updated your resources, the changes will immediately be reflected under each booked customer type (or, if resources are assigned to the whole booking, under Booking extras).

The details of your changes will also be recorded in the activity log at the bottom of the booking overview.
