Customer profiles

The Customers feature is currently in beta. If you are interested in enabling Customer Profiles on your Dashboard, contact your FareHarbor Account manager or our Support team.
The Customers feature provides an easy, at-a-glance view of customer information and history, helping your team move faster, check in guests with confidence, and support stronger follow-up with your customers.
Overview
The Customers feature provides a central location in your Dashboard to view and manage customer information. With Customers, you can quickly find customer details and view their booking history in one place, making it easier to keep track of customer details, identify repeat customers, and view booking activity without switching between multiple areas of your Dashboard.
Feature limitations
While not currently available, future updates to the Customers view will include:
- An individual customer view
- Custom tagging, notes, or smart labels
- CSV exports
- Manual merging of contacts into profiles
- Making bookings or sending emails from the Customers Profile view
Using customer profiles
Once enabled, access the Customers feature by clicking Customers in your Dashboard navigation.
In the Customers view, you will find a table of all customers associated with your account, and basic contact information and booking details. Customer information provided in the table includes:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number and country code
- Last booking date
- Lifetime value
- Number of bookings made
By default, the table is sorted by the date and time the customer was created in your FareHarbor Dashboard. Click a column heading to sort by a different property.
All existing contacts are automatically added in your Customers table. New contacts are added in real time when created in your FareHarbor Dashboard.
Note: The Lifetime value column displays the total of all bookings made by the customer. Refunds and rebookings are not deducted from the Lifetime value.

Searching for customers
Use the Search bar above the Customers table to quickly find returning customers and review their booking history.
Note: You can search for customers by Name. It is not currently possible to search by email or phone number.
Duplicate contacts
The Customers feature automatically combines duplicate contacts into a single profile:
- Contacts with the same email address are merged into one profile.
- Contacts without email addresses but with the same phone number are merged into one profile.
- Contacts without either an email address or a phone number remain as separate profiles.
Additionally, contacts with more than ten bookings are excluded to avoid false matches. Only contacts created within the last five years are included.
Frequently asked questions
Why is the Customers tab missing from my Dashboard?
This feature may not yet be enabled for your account. Contact FareHarbor Support.
Why do I see duplicate profiles?
Contacts without email or phone information are not merged and will appear as separate profiles.
Why is my customer’s lifetime value higher than expected?
Refunds and rebookings are not deducted from the lifetime value column in your Customers table.
