Click into the sections below to learn more about tracking and analyzing campaigns in your Dashboard.
How do I measure the success of a campaign?
You can use the Campaigns report to analyze usage and revenue for all campaigns in a specified date range.
- Go to the Reports section of your Dashboard
- From the Reports menu, click Campaigns
- Set the date range you want to view and choose a date range type
- Click Generate to view your report

Find your campaign in the first column, then use the # and Net revenue columns to see how many bookings were made using that campaign, and your revenue earned, respectively. If the campaign was used for more than one item, this information will be broken down by item, then summarized below in bold.
How do I measure the success of individual promo codes?
You can use the Custom Fields Answers report to track usage and revenue for individual promo codes.
Tip: If you’re not familiar with Advanced reports, we recommend taking a look at our Advanced reports section to learn more.
To generate a report on promo code uses and revenue:
- Go to the Reports section of your Dashboard
- From the Reports menu, click Custom Field Answers, then choose New Custom Field Answers report
- In the first section, select the field type and date range
- In the second section, add a custom field filter and choose your promo code custom field
Determine how to filter your data. Note: The “When selected” option will show you data for all applicable promo codes; the “When a specific value is selected” option lets you filter by a specific promo code.

Optional: In the third and fourth sections, choose how to organize your report. We recommend running a Summary report, and grouping the data by Custom Field Answer, then Item.

When you’re done adjusting these settings, click Generate to view the report.

In the example above, we’re running a report for our “SUMMER20” promo code. Data is broken down by promo code, then item.
What does each column mean?
- Value: Promo code name
- Use count: Shows you how many times the promo code was used
- Total (column in red): How much money your customers saved using that promo code (or in other words, how much the campaign cost you)
- # of Bookings: How many bookings the promo code was used on (you can also add # of Pax to see how many total people were on those bookings)
- Total Paid to Provider after Processing Fees: The net amount you earned from customers who used the promo code
You can always add or remove columns based on what information you want your report to display. Keep in mind that some columns have the same name, but apply to custom fields rather than entire bookings.
How do I track the number of times a promo code has been used?
You can track promo code uses by going to your campaign’s settings.
- Go to the Settings section of your Dashboard
- Click Campaigns
- Select a campaign
Here you’ll see a list of all codes on that campaign and how many times they’ve been used. This is a quick way to see promo code usage for a single campaign.
