Tableau

Tableau is an analytics and data visualization tool used to aggregate and groom data to be used for internal and external reporting. Account Managers use Tableau to better understand their portfolio and how to prioritize proactive outreach.

Account Managers utilize the following report folders:

• AM Portfolio, Quadrants and Opportunities
• AM Metrics by Range
• Lightframe CVR by Supertype and Subregion

Accessing Reports:

Logging In

Make sure you have access to Individual Contributor – Tableau.

Create an IT ticket if you do not have access.
