Brand & Appearance
Last updated: July 12, 2024
The Brand & Appearance customization is currently in beta testing and is only available to select clients at this time.
By default, FareHarbor’s Lightframe makes use of a standard color scheme that cannot be modified. Upon request, FareHarbor offers a Brand & Appearance customization to select clients, which introduces a primary color of your choice into your Lightframe. This customization can increase visual continuity between your website and the Lightframe, and offer a more seamless experience for your users.
Enabling the Brand & Appearance customization
If you would like to enable the Brand & Appearance customization, contact your FareHarbor account manager to find out if you are eligible. When submitting your request to your account manager, provide the hex color code of your desired primary color. Once enabled, the selected color will be reflected in various elements in Lightframe such as the booking form, item details, calendars, and more.

After the Brand & Appearance customization has been enabled, you can contact your FareHarbor account manager if you’d like to change the color or disable the feature.
Note: Once submitted, we will check your desired primary color’s accessibility compliance before enabling the Brand & Appearance update.

This feature is currently in beta testing, and is only available to select clients at this time. You can reach out on #beta-updates , #am_product_mgmt or #beta-brand-and-appearance if your client is interested in customizing their Lightframe.
Once you’ve reached out via these channels, a check on whether the proposed color causes any accessibility issues, will need to be done. Currently this feature cannot be enabled via the Dashboard, and can only be done by the engineering team.
