What is the MyPassTracker integration?

MyPassTracker is a seasonal pass management system and applies to any tickets that grant access for a determined amount of time.

MyPassTracker provides management for storing contact information and access control, depending on the pass purchased.

How it works

When a customer purchases a seasonal pass through FareHarbor, that data is migrated through our webhook functionality. This data is then stored in MyPassTracker to do things like send a welcome email with access information, make a request for further details like a picture ID and other contact information, and more. Once the information is sent to MyPassTracker, a customer can show up at the your entrance and be checked in. When your customer is checked in, you can see what kind of pass they’re using, if they have completed their payment, and view a picture of the pass owner.

Setting up MyPassTracker integration

Please contact Justin Wendzel at mypasstracker@gmail.com to set up the MyPassTracker integration. Once MyPassTracker is ready, they will email the correct team at FareHarbor to make the necessary edits to your Dashboard and enable the connection.

Setup

Once the client emails MyPassTracker and the integration has been set up, MyPassTracker will email the Software Partnerships team here at FareHarbor. We can then proceed to enable the connection.

Selling points

Because FareHarbor does not have features for multiple entries or seasonal tickets this integration is great for any operators that offer summer camps or other unlimited entry tickets in their Dashboard. It will allow them to keep track of how these passes are used reporting on how often they are used when they are used, and by who. Check-in of season pass holders is streamlined and helps operators avoid operation hiccups with a free scanning QR code mobile app. They offer a good amount of customization to clients and provide direct client email communication.

Pricing

MyPassTracker has 4 tiers of pricing starting at T1 – $300 per year for up 500 passes, T2 – $500 a year for up to 2000 passes, T3 – $900 a year for up to 10000 passes, and T4 – a year for up to 15000 passes.
