Managing orders

Move bookings to and from orders with the Manage orders tool, located in the Contact options menu. This tool allows you to manage a customer’s bookings and orders at a high level.

Accessing the ‘Manage orders’ tool
First open a customer’s booking or order. Find the Contact options menu, located below the contact information on the right side. From this menu, select Manage orders.

This will take you to the Manage orders tool, where you can review the customer’s existing bookings and move them to and from orders.

Options
The options you see will depend on how many orders have been created for the customer.
Create new order
Use this option to move existing bookings into a new order. Select which bookings you want to include in the order, then click Move bookings.
A new order will automatically be created for the customer. To go to the order, click on the Order ID (for example, Order #ABCD).
Add to order
This option is useful if you’ve already created an order but want to add one or more existing bookings to it.
Choose the order you want to add to, and select which booking(s) to move. You can move bookings that are not currently in an order, or bookings that have been added to another order.
Remove from an order
Use this option to remove one or more bookings from an order. If the customer has more than one order, they will each be listed separately, with corresponding bookings below.
Once you’ve finished moving bookings, you can go back to an individual booking or order to take additional actions like adding a payment or sending an email.
