New Dashboard Submission Form

Before you submit a new Dashboard please review the following vetting process:

Why is this important?

• Building new Dashboards for existing clients is costly for FareHarbor in time across multiple teams (Sales, OB, Integrations & AM)
• It’s more challenging to provide ongoing service across multiple Dashboards vs. a single Dashboard
• 50% of new Dashboards end up being stalled and do not go live

When at all possible we want to add inventory to their existing Dashboard.

There are many instances when a client requests a new Dashboard and we can use an already existing feature in FareHarbor to keep them on one Dashboard. Building new Dashboards costs FH additional time and it is more difficult to provide ongoing service across multiple Dashboards versus a single Dashboard. This help page will help you understand when we do and do not build new Dashboards. If you are unsure of a specific situation, please consult with your manager.

Reasons we DO NOT need to build a new Dashboard:

1. New business, franchise, or location that will be connected to a different bank account (we can usually solve this by using a Ledger)
2. New business, franchise, or location that is operating at a new location (we can solve this by using Item Locations)
3. The customer wants to connect one Dashboard to multiple OTA accounts (this is something we can do). Check out the Admin notes of this account to see an example.
4. Integrate current items on multiple URLs (this is something we can do). Check out this lead to see an example!
5. A new Dashboard to accept donations (we can do this following these donation setups)

Reasons we SHOULD build a new dashboard:

1. New business that has a new legal entity
2. New business that has a different logo & phone number (this will be shown in confirmation/reminder/follow-up emails)
3. If adding items to the existing Dashboard would make the current Dashboard too complex or impact speed
4. We are building the Dashboard in a new processing currency

If the client requires a new Dashboard, please escalate to AM.
