Adding or removing customers from a booking

Customers can be added, adjusted, or removed from a booking using the Add or remove customers button. Learn how to adjust customers on a booking by watching our short video guide or following the steps below.
To add or remove customers:
- Find and open the booking you want to update.
- Click the Add or remove customers button.
Adjust the number of customer types or tickets on the booking.
If you’re adding customers, remember that there may be extra fields you need to fill out, depending on the custom fields set up for your item.
Fill out any required fields, then click Rebook now.
Notes
When adding or removing customers, you are technically creating a new booking. The previous booking will appear as cancelled and rebooked, and will not appear more than once in your reports.
If the new booking is over or underpaid, the customer’s payment will not automatically be adjusted. You will need to either add a payment or issue a refund to account for any payment changes.
