New URL/Location Object Request
Last updated: June 3, 2025
This streamlined process has become the standard for enriching existing leads with New URL or Location Objects, which falls within the Task & Forms responsibility for Lead Generation. These requests are organized in the New Object Request tab within the Lead Generation | Process Airtable (AT) to ensure easier tracking and execution. Account Executives (AEs) and Account Managers (AMs) usually submit requests for a new URL/Location Object. It’s important to be aware of who submits the request, as this determines how the URL Object is assigned.
Requests from AEs
To process AE requests, first perform a dupe-check for each new URL:
If the new URL is a duplicate:
- Notify the AE directly on Slack.
- Inform the AE of a different process, if applicable.
If the new URL is not a duplicate:
- Proceed with creating the new URL and Location Object.
- Assign the new URL.
- Task the submitter:
- “Hi there! The new URL and Location Object have been created.”
Best practices: The Location Object supports multiple URLs. Add the newly added URL to the same Location Object if they share the same address. If the newly added URL has a different location, then create a New Location Object with the associated URL.
Requests from AMs
Lead Generation does not create opportunities for new dashboards. The task of creating opportunities, if needed, will fall to the AM or AE team.
To process a new object request (new Dashboard) for a new business:
- Check for duplicates.
- Check if the company is not in Close.
- Add the new URL and Location Object.
- Assign to FareHarbor Corporate.
- Task the submitter:
- “Hi there! New URL and Location Object added.”
To process a new object request (new Dashboard) for a new location:
- Add the new Location Object associated with the existing URL.
- Task the submitter (AM):
- “Hi there! New location object added!”
- Update the Loaded in Close column with the appropriate status:
- “Yes” if the new object was successfully added.
- “On Hold” if communication with the submitter is ongoing.
- “Wrong Form/Wrong Request” if the submitter was redirected to a different process.
- “Other” if none of the above apply.
- Check if the request has been processed.
- Enter the lead URL in its designated column.
