Satispay

Satispay is a mobile payment system that allows customers in Italy to pay for goods and services using their Satispay account linked to a SEPA‑IBAN. Merchants in Italy can accept payments without needing customers’ card details.
Satispay is currently only available for FareHarbor clients with businesses based in Italy.

Why use Satispay?
If your business is based in Italy and you serve Italian customers, offering Satispay can boost conversion rates. You also benefit from:
- Secure customer‑authorized transfers.
- Lower fees than cards (see the Notes section below).
How do I enable Satispay payments for my company?
If your Fareharbor Dashboard is set up with Italy as the country, Satispay should be enabled by default. If it’s not enabled for your Dashboard, please contact FareHarbor Support.
Notes:
- Currency: Only EUR is supported (Satispay does not support other currencies).
- Disputes and chargebacks: The existing FareHarbor disputes process applies.
- Refunds: We support both full and partial refunds. Refunds can be made up to 180 days after the payment was made.
- Recurring payments: Not supported via Satispay.
- Payouts are handled as normal.
- Fees: With FareHarbor, a processing fee of 1.28% + 32 cents (EUR) applies.

Opt-out process
If a client requests to opt out of Satispay, please add them to the Satispay opt out tracker sheet. The Product team will disable Satispay for the client.
Note: Disabling can take up to one week after the opt-out request because Product will handle these requests once per week.
