Go City Feature Kit
Last updated: November 12, 2025
This page is dedicated to ensuring you have a full grasp and understanding of the Go City Integration. This includes any and all pertinent materials to allow you to sell, setup, maintain, talk about, and use this feature. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to the Product Manager, Robyn Silverstone and/or the Product Enablement Manager, Zack Feld.
Feature Overview and Value Proposition
Go City is a company that offers bundled attraction-tickets in major cities across the world. Instead of buying separate admission tickets for each attraction, you buy one pass that covers several top tourist sites in a given city. The idea is to make sightseeing easier (one purchase) and cheaper (lower overall cost) for travelers.
The integration with Go City automates ticket validation and redemption. It also simplifies booking creation at check-in for walk-ups. It minimizes the need to switch between systems, reduces customer wait times, and ensures accurate commission payouts.
Value for Clients:
- Speed up customer check-in: By automating pass validation and redemption for walk-ups and simplifying booking creation, clients keep the line moving and provide a smoother experience for every customer.
- Improve operational efficiency: Minimize the need to switch between systems at check-in, clients save time and simplify the process for their staff.
- Secure accurate commission payout: By eliminating manual data entry, clients ensure error-free reconciliation and protect their revenue.

Enabling and Mapping Go City to the FareHarbor Dashboard
Clients can enable this integration in the Advanced company settings of the Dashboard. Once that happens, users will be able to connect their FareHarbor Items to each of their Go City activities. The client will need to enter in their Go City username and password. Then they will need to associate the correct Go City attraction ID with the applicable FareHarbor Item. Please note that the client doesn’t need to add every Item/activity, just the ones they want their customers to use their passes on.
To use a pass on an Item, a Go City custom field must be created and added to the whole book form. Please note, one custom field is needed per Dashboard as it can be used on all applicable Items.
Scanners and Scanning Passes
We recommend and suggest the following two scanners:
Note: These act like translators of QR codes. QR Codes have actual numerical/alphabetical codes associated with them. When scanned, these devices translate the code into the Dashboard.
