Small calendar price previews

The small calendar price preview feature is currently in beta testing. Please reach out to your Account Manager if you are interested in testing this feature.
Small calendar price previews allow customers to review pricing at a glance instead of searching the item description or checkout page.
When enabled, price previews will appear on small calendars for both browser and mobile app experiences.
Overview
Small calendar price previews will show the price of an item’s Adult customer type. Listed prices will not include taxes or booking fees, unless your Dashboard is configured to include taxes. If your setup includes taxes, the listed prices will include the taxable amount.
If your Dashboard uses dynamic pricing, small calendar price previews can also help customers quickly evaluate which dates may best suit their budget.
Price previews will not appear on a small calendar if the item:
- Has no Adult customer type.
- Has more than one Adult customer type.
- Has been translated into multiple languages.
- Is not in English.

Which prices will appear on the small calendars?
Small calendar price previews will show the price of an item’s Adult customer type.
Price previews will be listed as whole numbers. For example, if the price is not a whole number ($59.99), then the price preview will be rounded up to the nearest dollar amount ($60).
Are taxes included in small calendar price previews?
Listed prices will not include taxes or booking fees, unless your Dashboard is configured to include taxes. If your setup includes taxes, the listed prices will include the taxable amount.

Yes, small calendar price previews work with dynamic pricing.
Why aren’t prices appearing on my small calendars?
Price previews will not appear on a small calendar if an item:
- Does not include an Adult customer type.
- Has more than one Adult customer type.
- Has been translated into multiple languages.
- Is not in English.

Participant qualifications
This feature is in beta testing and can only be trialed by U.S.-based Dashboards that meet the following criteria:
- The price preview feature is enabled.
- The client has a small calendar integrated.
- Items only have one Adult customer type.
- The business is U.S.-based.
- Items are listed in English only.
- There are future availabilities bookable online.
Feature limitations
- A calendar’s initial load time may be slow. We expect subsequent loads to process as expected within the hour.
- Price previews will not display if an item:
- Has no Adult customer type.
- Has multiple Adult customer types.
- Has been translated into multiple languages.
- Is not in English.
Calendars included
Price previews will appear on small calendars for both browser and mobile app experiences.
When this feature is enabled, prices can appear on the following calendars:
- The Search by date calendar
- Interactive calendars that appear as small calendars when viewed via the mobile app
- Calendars embedded on the client’s site (for example, calendars embedded on FH sites)
