Close for Support

If you receive a support call from a sales lead that has already been working with an AE but can’t remember who:
- Log into Close (if you’re not sure how to do this, ask a teammate).
- Use the search to find the person’s profile in Close.
Look for the owner (AE) on the left hand side:
Private message that person in Slack with the contact information.
Close is also good for figuring out who an Onboarder is. Just look up the company in Close, and then look at the “Onboarder” field on the left hand side:
