API/FHDN API Business Reviews

What is it?

These API/ FHDN API partner business reviews are opportunities to review our partnership and offering, previous success, affiliate growth and plan ahead.

Why are we doing it?

Quarterly business reviews are being implemented with API affiliates (and monthly reviews with FHDN API affiliates). This is being done in order to improve the percentage of products that affiliates are listing, when compared to how many they have access to. The end result will be incremental sales for more FH clients and increased revenue for FareHarbor. In addition, these meetings will help identify potential product improvements and build lasting relationships.

How often are we doing business reviews?

• FHDN API partners will be doing monthly reviews.
• For API partners we will be doing quarterly business reviews.

How to use this business review in the conversations with your Manager?

During your one-on-one you can show your Manager the Google Sheet and discuss your top performing affiliates, the ones that are in the middle and the ones that are in the bottom. Use the Google Sheet as a supporting tool to help you explain why the affiliate is performing in this way, what’s their room for growth and why, discuss specific initiatives that you have suggested, implemented and discussed with the affiliate to help them grow.

This information will help your Manager better understand your partner’s lead pool, partners feedback and your involvement to reach your objectives, and respectively your overall contribution to our department objectives.

How to do it? (short-term solution)

1. Make a copy of this Google Document this Google Document
2. Fill out all the information you have access to (see below). Under each question there’s an explanation and links where to find the info.
   • For Questions #8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 14 – you can only gather this information from talking to the partner.
3. Schedule a meeting with the partner to go over this, you can use the email template – SP – API – Business Review Prior To Call
4. Go over the rest of the information during the call with your partner and fill out the rest of the Google Doc.
