Overview
Podium is a robust online review software designed to help organizations power local interaction. They offer three “widgets”.
Customer Communication Platform: Integrated online chat widget. Allows reservation staff to interact with customers on the website if they have questions. Having access to this information helps FareHarbor improve item descriptions, booking flows, and overall conversion rates.
Review Collection: Podium allows businesses to setup automatic text messages to be sent out after an activity for customers to rate their experience. These can automatically be published to Google reviews, TripAdvisor, etc. This is the core focus of our partnership.
Review Management: In one centralized dashboard, operators can see reviews left across all platforms. They can respond to reviews directly in Podium, as well as run reports to assess how they are doing on each platform.

How it Works
After a booking is completed in FareHarbor, the booking data through our webhook to Podium, which they in turn use to program/schedule SMS review invitations to go out at when the availability ends.
