Pricing Updates
Last updated: February 1, 2021
Generally we will receive pricing update requests or price troubleshooting requests from Connectivity/Support/Tour Operator directly. Any pricing changes coming from the API partner need to be approved by the Tour Operator.
Pricing updates should be fairly straightforward. However, sometimes it isn’t clear which Customer Type the External APIs are using or are mapped to.
Remember:
-You can always check which API Partners pull pricing and custom fields from FareHarbor on API Partner Glossary Page.
-It is always okay to ask the partner or charter for screenshots from the External API page with specific dates and specific items and Customer Types.
What is exposed through the External API in an availability request?
Postman Request:

Total = retail rate of customer type
total_including_tax = retail rate of customer type + taxes.
We do not expose net rates, standalone tax rates, or invoice prices through the External API in an availability request. Details of FH invoice sheets are not visible to our API partners, and are only in place for dashboard reporting.
