AM Quadrants
Last updated: October 19, 2021
Quadrants are used to help Account Managers better prioritize their portfolio of accounts. Each Live Client receives a quadrant, which helps AM prioritize growth opportunities.
Quadrants are determined based on:
- Tier
- Trailing 12 months booking fees
- Live Date
- O/O Ratio (percentage of bookings taken online versus direct or network)
| Quad 0 | Quad 1 | Quads 2 & 3 | Quad 4 | Quad 5 |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| -No potential -Less than $500 -Only inbound communication |
-Retention -High to Medium RB -High online % |
-Growth -Medium to high RB -Medium to high online % Overrides to be placed in Quad 1: -Tier 3 and above 55k -Tier 4 and above 120K |
-Low Potential -Low RB -High online % |
-Adoption -Clients live less than 1 year -Focused heavily on tier data |
Quadrants are recorded in Close in the custom field “AM – Quadrant”, this custom field is updated monthly by Account Ops.
All Live Customers live under 1 year are automatically assigned into Quadrant 5, Adoption. This means all newly live accounts will automatically receive a Quadrant 5. Note: Live Date is determined by first processing date in the FH dashboard, not AM – Live Date.
