Previewing customer emails

To see what an email will look like to a customer, open the customer’s booking or availability, then click the Send email or text button. From the dropdown menu, choose the type of email you want to see, then click Preview email.
If you don’t see the preview email option, double check that a valid email address has been entered in the “Send to address” box. Or, if you’re previewing an email from the availability overview, make sure that at least one booked customer has an email address on file.
Note: If you have translations enabled, emails will preview in the customer’s contact language.
