Removing and deleting campaigns

When a campaign has ended, you can simply remove it from any promo code fields that it has been added to. Once this is done, the fields will no longer accept codes from the removed campaign.
If needed, you can also delete a campaign from your Dashboard entirely.

Removing a campaign
First, determine which custom field(s) your campaign has been added to.
- Go to Settings > Campaigns
- Select the campaign you want to remove
- Go to the Settings tab
Directly below the settings tab, open the menu that shows which custom fields the campaign has been added to

Next, go to each custom field and remove the campaign.
- Open each custom field in a new tab (or, if there’s only one, just click on the field name)
- From the custom field settings, click the
icon next to your campaign name - Click Remove campaign from field
A pop-up message will appear asking you to confirm. Click OK.

Deleting a campaign
Once a campaign has been removed from all custom fields it’s attached to, it can be deleted entirely if needed. The campaign and its associated codes will be completely removed from your Dashboard (Bookings using a code from the campaign will be unaffected).
- Go to Settings > Campaigns
- Select the campaign you want to delete
- Go to the Settings tab
- Click Delete this campaign
- A pop-up message will appear asking you to confirm. Click OK.

Any campaigns or codes you delete will still show up in related reports.
Remember, you won’t be able to delete the campaign if it’s still associated with one or more custom fields. If you see an “Unable to remove campaigns associated with custom fields” message, follow the steps above then try again.
