What is Seismic Learning?
Seismic Learning is the Learning Management System (LMS) we use at FareHarbor for training. Employees use Seismic Learning during onboarding as well as for continued education.
Accessing Seismic Learning
Everyone can access Lessonly by going to fareharbor.lessonly.com and using Okta to log in. Everyone at FareHarbor has access to Seismic Learning as a learner.
Additionally, managers and trainers can access Seismic Learning with manager permissions to create and assign content. If you currently do not have manager permissions and think that you should, please contact Kaitlin Vaillancourt or Marc Drijver.
Note: If you assign and grade Seismic material, please be diligent about checking for completed work. Feedback is most effective when it is provided to learners quickly. All completed lessons should be graded within 7 days, if not sooner.
