Learning Champions

Learning Champions are employees who:
- Help create a culture of learning within FareHarbor by promoting company learning initiatives.
- Are passionate about learning and live out our value of Be Curious and Learn by believing in continuous learning and development and supporting and inspiring other learners at FareHarbor.
- Are the Learning, Development & Culture (LD&C) team’s “eyes” and “ears” on the ground to gather learning needs directly from the business.
Learning Champions contribute to accomplishing our company’s objectives and the growth of FareHarbor by:
- Ensuring that all learning initiatives are aligned to business needs
- Promoting skill development that allows employees to achieve success in their current and future roles
