Site Components are built in pre-set content but are defined in this section. For information on building site components in pre-set content, reference this help page.
Primary and Alternate Global Callout Banners
Select the Callout Banner that will be displayed site-wide. The Primary Global Callout Banner should be set to the banner that will be displayed the majority of the time. The Alternate Global Callout Banner should be set to any promotional / seasonal banner. If both a Primary and Alternate Global Callout Banner exist, we will attempt to display the alternate first.

Global Header Template

Global headers are typically not used. The most common use of global headers is when a site needs a call out banner with extended content than the call out banner is able to support. An additional use of them is when a client has only one good image and you can set up a universal header for the entire site with the heading being {page:title}.

404 Template Page
This option allows for a WCS to specify a Present Content as the 404 page that will appear when a user manages to land on a page that doesn’t exist. The content that should be on this page includes:
- A message explaining the page that they are looking for doesn’t exist
- Featured tours
The template automatically generates a standard 404 page, but it is always a nice touch to customize this to the specific site. The generated 404 page will display a full activity grid which may be overwhelming if the company has a lot of activities. If a company segments their items into a categories this is a good place to put the categories.
