Accuracy KPI
Last updated: January 11, 2021
How the accuracy metric is tracked
- Smart views are checked at the beginning of the week containing leads from the previous week.
- Smart views are kept by Dan and updated centrally in case of a process change.
- Each lead is checked to make sure the right person is designated and the mistake is valid.
- A Google sheet is sent out, noting any mistakes and who is responsible for fixing them.
- Accuracy percentage is calculated as ((leads + demos) – mistakes) / (leads + demos).
