Showing Logos in Online Booking Flows
Last updated: October 4, 2022
Tip: You can enable “Always show logo for online booking” in the advanced company settings, which allows you to avoid having to use the branding parameter.
Using the branding query parameter
A client can choose to display their company logo throughout the Lightframe using the branding query parameter. This option will primarily be used by customers connecting to Google Things to Do. Learn more about Google Things to Do.
The format for the parameter will depend on whether there are other parameters in the URL. For example, the following URL containing no other parameters:
https://demo.fareharbor.com/embeds/book/explorefh/
would be changed to:
https://demo.fareharbor.com/embeds/book/explorefh/?branding=yes
For a URL containing other parameters, such as https://demo.fareharbor.com/embeds/book/explorefh/?flow=12345, any further appended parameters will require an ampersand (&): https://demo.fareharbor.com/embeds/book/explorefh/?flow=12345&branding=yes
If a URL includes this parameter, and the company logo has been uploaded to FareHarbor, the logo will appear on each page of the booking flow, as shown here:

If a company logo has not been uploaded to FareHarbor, only text will be displayed, as shown here:
