FareHarbor Planned System Maintenance Process
Last updated: June 13, 2023
Periodically, we must perform planned maintenance on FareHarbor’s database. Generally, we plan maintenance to take place during the least disruptive time period to the majority of our clients. Maintenance is usually scheduled for about an hour, during which time the Dashboard will only be accessible in read-only mode, and online booking will be disabled. As this disrupts clients’ operations if they’re using their Dashboard during this time, we proactively communicate upcoming maintenance, both internally and externally, to ensure that all parties are properly informed and prepared.
Note: When possible, in order to allow for smooth preparation and communication, determine the date and time that planned system maintenance will take place at least 4 weeks in advance.
