Deactivating users

When a user is deactivated, they cannot log in to or receive notification emails from FareHarbor. However, if their account is reactivated, they will have the same access as they did before.
Deactivating a user
- Go to the Settings section of your Dashboard and select Users & Permissions.
- Click Edit next to the user you want to deactivate.
- Click the Account tab, then go to Permissions.
- Select Deactivated from the “User Status” dropdown, and click Save changes.

Viewing deactivated users
When viewing the list of users on your Dashboard, deactivated users will be hidden by default. However, you can choose to view deactivated users by opening the advanced settings menu (look for the gear icon) and selecting Show deactivated users.

Note: Deactivated users cannot be assigned as crew to an availability.
Reactivating a user
- Go to the Settings section of your Dashboard and select Users & Permissions.
- Open the Advanced settings menu (gear icon) and select Show deactivated users.
- Click Edit next to the user you want to reactivate.
- Click the Account tab, then go to Permissions.
- Select Active from the “User Status” dropdown, and click Save changes.
