Global Rooms

#account-management – For escalations to AMs
#affiliates – For questions regarding affiliates (like hotels, affiliate invoicing, commissions)
#ambulance – Announcements of any issues with FareHarbor and its partners that power it (for example if Stripe is having issues processing cards)

#bug-reports – Report any issues within FareHarbor
#builders – Updates from the build queue
#connectivity – Questions regarding Channel APIs (like TripAdvisor Experiences, Booking.com, Reserve with Google, etc.)

#integrations – Updates on submitted integration requests
#it-support – Used to reach out to IT for help
#onboarding – Updates on OB
#payment_operations – Used to communicate questions to PayOps and transfer calls
#softwarepartnerships – Questions regarding software partnerships
#product-updates – Updates in FareHarbor’s dashboard
#strategicpartners-affiliates – Communication involving distributions/reseller third-party partners that help our clients grow and enhance their business
#support – Where anyone company-wide can post a support question
#tickets – This room is used to show what tickets come into the Support queue
#tilt – “Today I Learned That” – share new things you have learned about FareHarbor and learn from others

#colorado (Private Room) – Office Announcements
#shift-swaps (Private Room) – For support members in the Denver office to swap shifts
#support-to-ob – Americas uses this to communicate with onboarders about accounts who reach out and are not yet live, or are within the first 7 days of being live
