Deleting users

Before deleting a user, make sure you’re aware of the following:
When a user is deleted, that user will be removed from any past or future availabilities they have been assigned as crew on.
The deleted user’s activity will still be visible in your company’s Recent Activity, but you will no longer be able to access that user’s Recent Activity from their settings.
Deleted users will still be visible on Bookings reports, and you will still be able to filter by bookings created by deleted users. However, deleted users will no longer be visible on the Crew report.
If you still want to preserve a user’s historic data in your Dashboard while ensuring they cannot log into your Dashboard, we recommend deactivating the user instead.
To delete a user:
- Go to the Settings section of your Dashboard and select Users & Permissions
- Click Edit next to the user you want to edit
- Click the Account tab, then go to Permissions
- Click the link “Delete this user entirely”, then click the Delete user button
- A popup will appear asking you to confirm. Click OK.
