Adding Zendesk users

If you have Zendesk admin permissions, you have the ability to add new users to our Zendesk account. Use the instructions and information below to add users.
How to add a new user
In the top left corner, hover over ‘+ Add’, then click User

- Add the new user’s name and FareHarbor email address. Choose the appropriate role from the list below.
- Click Add.
- Fill in the fields on each user’s profile according to the list below.
- New users will receive an email to reset their password. If they do not receive this email, they can reset their password by clicking Forgot my password on this page.
