Last updated: January 13, 2025
This outlines the process for employees to get Sites editing access, also known as Super Admin Access, with the intention of doing basic Site edits for FHS clients.
Process Overview
An employee that would like Sites Editing Access will need to join a Quarterly Basic Sites Edits cohort. The cohort will take place over 6 weeks with designated assignments due each week (about 1 hour per week). Learners complete the weekly assignments in Seismic Learning (previously Lessonly) on their own, in their own time. Opportunities for ?s and feedback are available via a cohort designated slack channel and weekly office hours.
Check out the Syllabus for more information.
How to Sign Up for a Cohort
A new cohort will be available each quarter (subject to change at the availability of Sites Technical Trainers). The specific dates will be shared with managers at least 2 weeks prior to the cohort start date. When dates are announced, # of seats available will also be announced. Managers will share dates with employees and gauge interest/capacity with their team. After reviewing and confirming with interested team members the expectations and time commitments in the Syllabus are achievable, managers will share the interested team members with Technical Trainers. All interested team members may not be able to join a cohort due to capacity, but there will be a new cohort each Quarter.
