Last updated: June 5, 2019
It’s never fun when you realize an account must be terminated from using our services. Not only does it require a tough conversation, it also requires an account losing the software that once made their life easier! If you feel an account should be terminated loop in a team lead or manager to ensure the right people are involved.
Reasons for termination includes but is not limited to the following:
- Client refusal to use our services for online bookings
- Client is unable to provide us sufficient funds to cover disputes
- Client has a history of misconduct before or after the use of FareHarbor
- Client is uncooperative and is taking advantage of FareHarbor resources
- Client is verbally/physically abusive to any of our staff that causes discomfort and an inability to service the account
There may be unconventional circumstances that come up when working with an account. If you are unsure whether or not there is reason for termination, always consult with your manager. In addition, for specific language around cause for termination, reference Section 18: Termination in our Terms of Service.
