Changing the date of an availability

To ensure that capacities, resources, and bookings get allocated correctly, changing the date of an availability is a multi-step process.
First, go to the calendar for the item you want to update, click on the availability, and select Duplicate. Change the date using the dropdown at the top of the form, then click Create availability. A new availability will be created on the desired date.
Next, go back and rebook all customers from the old date to the new one (or, if the original availability does not have any bookings on it, skip to the next step). To complete the process, delete the original availability. This ensures that the new date is added to your calendar and the old date is removed.
