Priority of Help Page Request*
Guidelines for selecting a priority:
Low = Any time, as bandwidth permits
Medium = Within one week
High = Within 24-48 business hours
ASAP = An urgent, client-facing update that needs to be processed as soon as possible

(Note: Technical Writers have the ability to update a request’s priority at their discretion.)

If your changes are minor (e.g. a typo or changing one or two sentences), feel free to add them to the Content Notes field rather than sending a Google Doc. If your request includes any media (including gifs), please follow our internal best practices for media.
