Can files be uploaded to customer bookings?

To ensure customer and data privacy, FareHarbor does not allow for the uploading of documents or attachments of any kind to customers’ bookings. This includes IDs, medical records, and vaccination certificates.

If you require some further information from your customers, you may want to explore FareHarbor’s waiver partnerships or ask customers to kindly provide their information in another secure way (email, file share, etc.).
