Feature Overview and Value Proposition
Cross-Sell Combos allows tour operators to upsell experiences from other FareHarbor Dashboards within the existing Combos flow. Customers can book offerings from multiple operators in a single transaction, while each operator continues to manage their own availability, payments, refunds, and policies independently. This update builds on FareHarbor’s Combos functionality and adds cross-selling capabilities between Dashboards.
This brings a lot of value to our clients:
Cross-Sell Combos empowers operators to seamlessly cross-sell offerings from other operators within the Combos upselling booking flow, expanding their product offerings, unlocking new revenue, while maintaining full control over their items, payments, and bookings.
- Expand product offerings: Sell experiences from other operators (or Dashboards) within the Combos booking flow, offering customers more selection without added costs.
- Unlock new revenue: Drive higher basket value and increase sales by bundling complementary tours or activities with trusted partners.
- One upselling experience: In a single checkout flow, customers can explore offerings from multiple operators, customize their experience, and book their ideal itinerary.
- Maintain full control: Keep full ownership of your products, availability, and sales, while expanding your offerings and reaching more customers through cross-selling.

- The Supplying Partner chooses which price sheet (pricing) is used for their items.
- The Selling Partner can add Supplying Partner’s items into their Combos upselling flow.
- Customers receive separate confirmation emails and payments are processed separately.
- Each operator keeps full control over their products, availability, pricing, and policies.
