Train the Trainer

Train the Trainer is a program that provides training and resources to improve the training skills of anyone undertaking internal training at FareHarbor. It focuses on content creation, design, Adult Learning Principles as well as building a community amongst all employees providing internal training.

What is the structure of the program?

The program will include discussion based check-ins to share training best practices and to brainstorm within the greater FareHarbor training community. Additionally, there will be some instructor-led sessions, as well as the opportunity to connect and learn through each other by sharing knowledge gained through articles. Session dates and times will be shared in the #trainer_talk Slack channel. Feel free to join to learn more!

Are Internal Trainers required to participate?

This program is not mandatory and runs completely on a voluntary basis. Each attendee should discuss their participation with their manager beforehand should they wish to participate.
