I have a project for FH Sites. Where should I put the request?
Last updated: October 23, 2025
FareHarbor Sites team uses two softwares to intake, track, assign and complete requests. If you have questions about how to submit your request, ask in #fareharborwebsites.
New FareHarbor Site Request
AirTable
To get a site into the FHS Onboarding queue, a client must sign a commercial order. Once the opportunity in Close moves to Commercial Order Accepted a project will be automatically created in our Airtable queue.
The process for requesting timelines and escalating projects can be found here.
SEO/Content Requests
The FHS SEO team no longer performs audits by request. Clients who would like to work with our SEO team should sign up for a paid package. Details can be found here:
For escalations, please post in the #seo Slack channel so our team can review.
Support Tickets & Large Site Updates
Support requests for existing FareHarbor sites should be requested by filling out our Internal Request Form here.
Please note that clients can see what is written on the internal request form!
For more information on FH Sites support ticket process, including the difference between a Support Ticket and Update (and how to request one) go here.
Client Training
Instructions on the Client Training process can be found here.
