SBMM Returning FareHarbor Sites Clients
Last updated: June 6, 2025
Process for AM
- Submit a ticket to unarchive the website
- Does the site require edits?
- If the site requires a few edits – Include edits and request to send the site live.
- Website is ready to go live – Put in a ticket requesting to send the website live.
- Once the website is live the LSS will escalate the request in the AM channel
Please note that major updates or redesigns must receive approval from the LSS team. It is preferred that major updates and redesigns are completed after the FareHarbor website is live.
Process for LLS
- Unarchive the website
- Do a “once over” to check for anything that is broken, prices that don’t match, etc. Confirm that we have the login for the domain registrar. If not – request the domain registrar login info or delegate access.
- If the website needs a few edits before it goes live complete the edits on the old FHS.
- Send the website live using this Go-Live Doc (if there is no WCS assigned, follow this live sweep doc and skip anything involving Air Table)
- Tag the ticket as fhs_return_client and submit it as solved
- Escalate the ticket to the AM channel to let the AM know that the website is live!
- For follow up work – Am or client will submit support tickets to make on the live site.
