All Business Intelligence projects should be requested through the form linked below. Please note: all Client Reporting requests forms are located here.
Internal Reporting & Analytics Request Form
This form is for any internal reporting or analytics requests—these are reports that are specific to FareHarbor internal processes and only accessible by internal FareHarbor users. In addition, this form should also be utilized to flag all report issues on existing internal reports by selecting “Report Issue Submission” under Request Type.
Flagging Issues
The Internal Reporting team uses this process to provide insight into known, ongoing Tableau outages and issues until they are resolved. Before flagging an issue for the reporting squad to fix an internal Tableau report, please attempt to troubleshoot using the following steps:
- Check for known issues – check #analytics_questions for all known issues that are in progress.
- Check the definitions for the report’s metrics – each report has Help Doc included. Use this to understand definitions of metrics and how to use the report.
- Review the report and its filters – ensure the correct selections have been made for what you are trying to view.
- Missing a shortname? Check to see if the Client Live Date range encompasses when that account went live on FareHarbor.
- Missing data? Ensure the filters such as Country or Item Name are set to “All” and not excluding any data.
If you have been through all troubleshooting steps above, submit by selecting “Report Issue Submission” under Request Type on the Internal Reporting & Analytics Request Form. As you complete the form, you will be prompted to provide all necessary information, so be sure that you include all relevant information in regard to the issue so that the Business Intelligence team is able to efficiently diagnose the report issue.
